Razer Carcharias Gaming Headset

Razer is a brand synonymous with gaming and quality gear and the Razer Carcharias gaming headset is no exception. Great to look at, light to wear with full size cans fitting nicely over the ears. This set is the only wired set that doesn’t have surround sound but the sound reproduction is so good they deserve to be in the list.
If you are a first person shooter fan then you may miss the directional input from a 5.1 set, but you still hear enough to know where the noise came from. Listening to a CD or watching a DVD offers the chance to see what the Carcharias can do, and it doesn’t disappoint. The range of sound is impressive, with a high level of detail in each frequency. The average online price of the Carcharias is about $80 USD, which is also quite attractive.
